      What is small Medium Large.
      My wife needs a couple of pairs she is size 7 1/2 .
      I myself have two pairs my men size is 10 she says they are too big. What size would you recommend for her. Does the thickness change with size

      The shoe sizes for the Anti-Shox® Spur Heel Cradle are as follows:

      Small- fits womens' shoe 4-8.5 or men's 4-6.5

      Medium- fits women's 9-11 or men's 7-10.5

      Large- fits men's 11+
