  The ankle support provided pain relief to my left ankle while exercising and running. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to wear the support in a running shoe, and it was not bothersome during 6-mile runs.
  I will definitely be wearing the support until my ankle is stronger from a strain recently.
  The only downer was the shipping cost. The $35 fee was exhorbitant, given that it is the FedEx overnight fee from anywhere on the mainland to Hawaii, but that the ankle support was 8 days getting to me. The U.S. Post Office service is faster, and at a tenth of the cost.
  (By the way, you misspelled "separated" both in the instruction for the "Enter your pros seperated by commas:" and "Enter your cons seperated by commas:" It's separated, not seperated.

  My physical therapist recommended this after I broke my ankle. It helps keep down the swelling and gives great support. It's easy to care for...I wash mine in the washing machine and hang to dry. Mine has kept its shape after numerous washings. I like it so much I just bought an extra one so I can always have a clean one to wear.

  I broke my leg and ankle 20 months ago, and have worn this brace ever since I came out of casts. I need it to keep the swelling down and for pain management. I have tried 3 other products but this product is by far the best. I wash it every other day and it still looks like new; not stretched out like my other braces. In fact after all the wear it has had, it looks like it did the first day I took it out of the box. I am purchasing 2 more of these braces now so that I can wear it every day and get rid of the other braces I do not want to use at all any more.
