Official Contest Rules

Introduction and Entry

The Write a Review and E-Newsletter Subscription contests are sponsored by 3tailer, LLC. One winner for each contest will be determined by a random drawing of eligible entries. To enter, visit www.3tailer.com or a participating and affiliated 3tailer website (http://www.3tailer.com/shops). Entry into the Write a Review Contest is satisfied by writing a product review on a participating site and posting it with the required information. Each review will count as one entry into the contest. To enter into the E-Newsletter contest sign-up to receive 3tailer, LLC emails and promotions on any participating website. Each unique email address will count as one entry. Email must be a valid, to be eligible for entry. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of the US who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Entries are accepted via internet submission only. This contest is void where prohibited and all federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Selection of Winner

The contest runs on a continual basis and winners will be choose at random. The winner will be notified via e-mail to the address provided with his/her entry and must reply to said email within 72 hours of notification with their requested name, address, and contact information. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes

One prizes of $500 US dollars will be awarded for the Write a Review contest and one prize of $250 US dollars will be awarded for the E-Newsletter contest. Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize receipt and use. A check will be sent out within 1-2 weeks of notifying the winner to the address he/she provided.

Publicity/participant obligations

By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of 3tailer, LLC. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which Sponsor may deem appropriate. Winners may be required to sign a release form as prepared and accepted by the sponsor acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules. 3tailer, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

Limitations of Liability

3tailer, LLC is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or entries that are lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify contest and award the prize through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the contest, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. By accepting any prizes, the winner agrees that 3tailer, LLC and their respective subsidiaries are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from the winner participation in the contest.
