FYI: Phone/email support hours.

One advantage of running a company is being able to mold it to your lifestyle.  Our lifestyle likes to sleep in and stay up late. But sadly we need a little more structure.  So here it is, in foam — we now (generally) provide customer support 5-7 days a week from 9AM ESTish to 6PM ESTish.   You can submit support requests by replying to your order receipt email, filling out the contact form on any of our websites, or by calling our toll-free number.  We have a team of customer support representatives who love making you smile.  Have any questions?
