This product is unbelievable. I feel like I have my life back just after wearing three times. I will continue to wear as long as necessary and I am getting one for several members of my family. I have spent money on creams, pills and drs' visits and this product has helped more than all those put together. I don't know what makes it work and don't care - it just works!

It's expensive but well worth the money. I purchased one and am buying three more. My "tennis elbow" problems were caused by using a scroll mouse on a computer and exacerbated by playing golf. The problems started with the right elbow and moved to the left about 6 months after switching to using a scroll mouse left handed (I'm now using a track ball). Wearing these I am able to complete normal daily activities with little discomfort and even play golf. Also Medical Suppliest has by far the best price, $14 less than their closest competitor. By far the best product on the market. To work effectively the fitment needs to be right, not too tight, but tight enough to apply compression. Be sure to measure carefully according to the instructions.
