We currently employ 4-5 part-time customer service representatives and we're looking for someone to manage the growth and operations of our CSR department. This is a new position for our company, and a unique opportunity for candidates.

Duties Include:
- Scheduling
- Interviewing new hires
- Training
- Office management
- Document / track subordinates
- Ongoing education in customer service
- Create standards & documentation for CSR department
- Create / improve existing processes
- Interfacing with customers
- Other duties as assigned
- Characteristics of the perfect candidate:

A positive and energetic attitude
- A desire to provide the best customer service known to man
- Goes above and beyond for others
- 2+ years Customer Service and/or Management Experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Retail experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the Web is a must
- Salary: $22,000 - $ 35,000 per year

Customer Service Representative (Downtown Clinton, SC)

This is an hourly and may be a seasonal position for 20-35 hours a week.

Great opportunity for college students or anyone seeking part time work, duties include:

Handle customer service requests for our multiple eCommerce shops. Answer phones/emails, be cheery, and manage supplier relationships. Other duties as assigned.

What is needed?
- Know how to form sentences in the English language

- Familiarity with computers/Internet
- Know how to type
- Any customer support experience
- Love of helping people

  • Location: Downtown Clinton, SC
  • Compensation: hourly base for training then increases based on your performance. Bonuses possible.
