Customer Service Representative (Uptown Charlotte, NC)
This is an hourly and may be a seasonal position for 20-35 hours a week.
Great opportunity for college students or anyone seeking part time work, duties include:
Handle customer service requests for our multiple eCommerce properties. Answer phones/emails, be cheery, and manage supplier relationships. Other duties as assigned.
What is needed?
- Know how to form sentences in the English language
- Know how to spell
- Familiarity with computers/Internet
- Know how to type
- Any customer support experience
- Sense of Humor
- Location: Uptown Charlotte, NC
- Compensation: $8/hr. for training then increases from there based on your performance. Bonuses possible.

Senior LAMP Programmer/Developer needed (Uptown Charlotte, NC)
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, organized individual with at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science and 2 years of experience programming complex web applications using LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) technologies. Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Must be results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects/priorities under time pressure. Able to quickly learn new applications and technologies. A sense of humor and eCommerce experience is a plus! Everyday at the office will offer a new challenge, requiring entrepreneurial flexibility, strong motivation and a goal-oriented work style.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and enhance existing MySQL and PHP platform.
• Develop and document new features, modules and databases for web applications.
• Participate in design and specifications
• Set up and maintain new and existing servers
KEY DELIVERABLES:
• Efficiently coded and robust PHP / PERL / MySQL modules in a Linux environment as specified in design document
• Maintain existing MSSQL/ASP applications
• New modules
