    Just Futon Covers is easy to work with. The pillow arrived promptly. Only problem was that as it turns out, the fabric is reversible (which they don't tell you up front) so one side of the pillow was green while the other side of the pillow as orange which looks great but doesn't match my room. I contacted Just Futon Covers about the problem and they were right on top of it. They contacted the manufacturer and are having a new pillow made as I desire - with only one side of the fabric. I have yet to receive the new pillow by I'm impressed with how Just Futon Covers is taking care of everything.
