    The La Crosse WS-1612CH-IT does have a wired cable attached to it. If you would like a completely wireless unit, we suggest the La Crosse WS-2810U-IT. You can view this model at http://www.homeweatherstations.com/la-crosse-ws-2810-weather-pro-center-wind-rain-weather-pc-software.

    Some of our weather stations connect through software called Weatherlink. Although these models are indicated in the descriptions( we have several) our most popular model is the Davis 6250. Here is a link to the software information:
