    I have rheumatoid arthritis and I haven't been able to find comfortable shoes. I have spent a lot of time and money looking for shoes and shoe inserts and have been disappointed every time. Since purchasing Lynco Conform L205 Orthotics I have been able to wear my shoes and have had less pain. They are soft and supportive and do not rub on my feet. They have helped to relieve the hot spot areas on my feet as well. The price is very reasonable. The quality is much better than the inserts you buy in the drug stores. When you first buy the orthotics they may feel "strange" and a bit uncomfortable. It takes a few days to adjust to the orthotics, so don't give up after wearing for only a few minutes.
