Only insert I have used that relieves foot pain from heel spurs. Highly recommend for all foot pain. I have inserts in all shoes I where, i.e., at work, gym, etc. With everyday wear they seem to last about six to eight months.

I recently developed plantar facitis and these orthodics along with good shoes and excercise have mostly relieved the pain. I tried other orthodics and heel pads recommended by my doctor and they didn't help much. Custom orthodics helped some but the Lyncos were by far the best for my particular problem.

I recently developed a heel spur. I had corticoid shot that helped for a little while. I can feel the difference in the shoe with the insole compared to other shoe's. I wish I could afford more insoles, so I could put them in 2-3 other pairs of shoes. It brought my pain scale down from a 7-8 to a 1-2 only when I have the shoe on. My insurance company is giving me a hard time, but I still have to work and go on with daily life until further can be done. Next to no pain makes a BIG difference on my concentration.

Immediate difference in my walk. Do not fatigue as quickly. I honestly feel stronger. My husband says I posture is much better.

I have problems with flat feet, severe over pronation, and intense heel pain. I was to the point of barely being able to walk.
I came across these orthotics in a shoe store. But they were so expensive! They helped me tremendously, but I could not afford to replace them when needed to continue to have the good support for my feet. Then I went on line, and found that I could buy them for just about half price at this web site. And, if I bought two pairs at once, I got free shipping!
I am so very happy with this product and this web site!

I have flat feet and a bad right knee. Frequent pain is reduced by the L420 inserts.

Good product for minimizing heel pain from bone spurs. Better to have at least two pair for different shoes, which also saves on shipping.

I bought these instead of a $400+ custom insert to try first. So far, they seem to be doing the job and at a much better price point. I like the corrective posting at the heel. I'm walking better already.

My feet are almost flat and I tend to pronate. My feet had hurt me for about a year when I first tried the Lynco L420 insert. I noticed an immediate difference and I no longer have any pain! I have been using them for at least 3 years now and love them!

I have bone spurs in my heels. I have had custom inserts made through Podiatrist - which cost a few hundred dollars and did not work as well as Lynco L420. These inserts have been invaluable in dealing with foot pain. I would suggest that anyone that needs them, to purchase a set for each shoe you use on a regular basis. For myself this means a couple of work shoes, gym shoe, and shoes I use to work in the yard. Taking them from one shoe to the next works however I find they conform to each shoe differently and they just seem to work better if left in one shoe.

I love the inserts, as I need some structure for my shoes. Be sure you take out the inserts that come with the shoes. I use them with all shoes that it is possible. I don't have any padding on the bottom of my feet, and the inserts provide the comfort needed.

I was introduced to Lynco L720 orthotics by a sports therapist at the Mayo Clinic. My 50-year old flat feet tended to ache after exercise, and as they continued to flatten out, I'd gone up half a size. The Lyncos replaced the removable insole in my running shoes, and I immediately noticed much more support in the arch area, as well as better cushioning overall. The therapist offered the good advice to gradually get used to them, starting with an hour or so a day, and building up. I now wear them all day and am much more comfortable when walking and on my feet. They seem well made, and are still supportive after about 4 months. While not cheap, I consider them to offer good value, especially at the MedicalSuppliest discount price.

These orthotics are fantastic!
I started using these orthotics about a year and a half ago. At the time that I first purchased them, I could barely walk. I was born with flat feet, and I was suffering from planter fasiatitis so bad, that I could barely walk. I was in constant pain.
I had tried a number of other foot and shoes products, but all to no avail. I did not get any relief. Then someone suggested I try this product.
It has been a miracle. It has made such a difference.
I would suggest this product to anyone who suffers from flat feet and has overpronation. It will help where other products have not been able to.
And the price at this web site is a much added bonus.
It is about a 1/3 cheaper than buying them at the store.

they seem to give you immediate support and comfort for my low arch feet they are great!!!!!
Q: I have had tendon repair surgery and am having flat foot surgery soon. What insert do you recommend for arch support
A: Hello,
Any Lynco orthotic ending in 20 or 25 is made for low to flat feet. These are posted for arch support. The ones ending in 20 have no metatarsal pad, while the ones ending in 25 include a metatarsal pad for the those experiencing ball-of-the-foot discomfort. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.
