I'm very thankful that I came upon Aetrex Lynco Orthotics. I am in my 50's and was involved in an accident that left me in chronic pain in my left foot and knee, especially while trying to walk.

Anmazingly, wearing the orthotics my pain vanished immediately. I was expecting some relief...but this much quick relief was truly unexpected.

Both my cousin and I bought a pair at the same time and had the exact experience of instant relief. We looked at each other big smiles because now we were both off to a wonderful day of pain-free shopping together.

If anyone tells me their feet are hurting...I tell them about Aetrex Lynco Orthotics. I recommend this company highly, without any reservation. They did me a great service...for this I am deeply grateful.

i bought these for my 18 year old son. he has some foot issues including pronation and low arches. he plays tennis and these inserts definitely help to give him the extra support that he needs. the inserts that come with the shoes are not nearly as supportive or cushioned as these. highly recommend them!

I have tried man, many less expensive inserts ranging in price from $10 to $25, and I actually thought $25 was expensive.I have to admit I balked at the price of these Lynco inserts; then I tried them. I immediately noticed the difference. They felt as if they were made just for me. I have been using them for several months and they have yet to lose their comfort.I have them in each of my shoes now. They are great for work and play. My feet feel great, my knees feel great and my back feels better since I started using them. What a difference.

An orthopedic surgeon made a cast and I had to sign an
agreement to pay $325, regardless. The insert was very
uncomfortable, part folded up under my foot, and so I
wrote him I would not pay - he responded by asking for
at least $125, which I happily sent. A couple of weeks
later I discovered your L425 and could hardly believe
how well it worked and how comfortably it fitted....
    many thanks!!!!

I have been using these insoles for about two years and they have been wonderful, I cannot go with out them. I was told with an excellent pair of sneakers I would not need them. I tried without the insoles and my feet were killing me. With them in that is not the case.

The Lynco L425 inserts were recommended by my podiatrist to relieve a possible nerve issue in my foot. Now I can play soccer, run, walk, and play basketball and get up the next morning without the pain I had before. They have performed very well, even in my soccer cleats. Very high marks for these inserts!

Questions on Lynco® L425 Posted Sports Orthotics

Sort by Descending
  • From Susan at 4/18/11 3:17 PM
    • Q: What is the difference between Lynco 405 and Lynco 425
    • A: Hi Susan,

That is a great question. The L425 is a posted sports orthotic. The posted heel is a wedge that keeps
the none from rolling forward, and is recommended for maximum arch support. The L405 inserts do not have
that wedge inserted at the bottom. Let us know if you have more questions.

      Thank you!

    • Q: What is the difference between the L420 and the L425?
    • A: Hi Marc,

The L420 is for low to flat feet and has no metatarsal pad, while the L425 has a metatarsal pad for ball-of-the-foot discomfort.

      Have a great day!

    • Q: DO THESE INSOLES HAVE ARCHES
    • A: Hi Angel,

The Lynco L425s are for people with low to flat arches and include metatarsal support for those suffering from ball of the foot discomfort.

      Have a great day!

  • From Janice at 12/14/11 5:52 PM
    • Q: What does "posted" mean, and what does a posted orthotic it correct?
    • A: Hello, the posted heel details the slant that is built into the rear of the insert. It is designed to control over-pronation and to help balance the rearfoot. If you need additional information, please let us know. Thank you and have a nice day!
