I bought these instead of a $400+ custom insert to try first. So far, they seem to be doing the job and at a much better price point. I like the corrective posting at the heel. I'm walking better already.
The 3/4 size leaves lots of room for the toes and is VERY comfortable.

Excellent product and is perfect for wearing in dress shoes. This item doesn't squeeze my toes in dress shoes. The arch support is excellent, and despite the fact that they feel stiff and hard, they are quite comfortable! I'll buy again from buyshoeinserts.com because they have the best price I've found.
