  My husband and I finished the DIsney 1/2 Marathon last Saturday and both experienced the worst foot pain imaginable. We could barely walk from the finish line to pick our medals. After returning to our hotel room, we each inserted Lynco Orthotics that we had purchased the day before at the Sports Expo, into our running shoes -- mine L400 and his L405. When I stood up the pain instantly stopped. It was as if I had been given a shot of morphine! My husband experienced the same immediate relief. Instead of spending the next day in a hot tub, we were able to enjoy Disneyworld and probably walked another 20 miles pain free. This product has changed our plans from retirement from running to signing up for next years FULL Marathon!!! Unbelievable.

  I have been suffering from an achilles tendon problem for the last 6 months. It has been very painful at times and has limited my usual brisk 4 mile walks far too often. Rest and inactivity, plus careful, limited stretching and cold packs applied with some pressure have all helped and are the best long term cure, short of surgery. However, without some attention to what you walk in, none of the other things would be as effective, or might not work at all.
  
  After a visit to a reputable exercise shoe specialist, he recommended two things for my Achilles-aching, wide and tall-arched feet. The first was Brooks Dyad 5 running shoes; they're made for neutral pronators and are so "tall" inside that orthotics work great in them, plus their soles are so wide compared to their overall size that they distribute your body weight at a much lower lbs./square inch ratio, lessening just about all your potential foot problems. His second recommendation was the Lynco Sports L400 orthotic. He put them in my Dyads, and I bought all of it.
  
  Together with my new shoes, the Lynco Sports L400 worked as advertised. At first, walking in the store, I wasn't too sure that this would be the answer for me and thought that I might have needed custom orthotics. Well, I didin't. Almost miraculously, the next day after purchase, I did my everyday fast 4-mile walk and suffered almost no pain whatsoever in my Achilles tendon, perhaps just a little "funny feeling" or two. These orthotics worked just as I had hoped, and I would recommend them to anyone who may need these. I can't say how they would effect people with conditions other than mine, but, after a wekk of relief, I ordered 4 more of them from buyshoeinserts for both my running and reveryday shoes, and they have helped me enormously. I also plan to get more of them for my winter boots before the cold weather sets in here in Michigan.

  These were purchased as a replacement at a $20 savings. It is the best insert that I have found that allows me to play tennis without suffering from numb and cramping toes. The extended metatarsal support makes all the difference in the world. Thanks for providing a superior product at a great savings.

  These insoles are great. I have planter frachitas and these insoles have relieved the pain in the bottom of my foot. I have six pairs for the shoes I use each week.

  An outstanding product! This orthotic offers the support like no other product, including custom fitted orthotics. I finally convinced my Dad to try them for walking in and he has just asked for another pair for his regular shoes. I send him a few pairs overseas and I do not wear any shoe without them. I cannot recommend them enough, make the investment!

  I ordered these after picking up a pair from my foot doctor. Price is good compared to the doctor office and I guess you get what you pay for. These inserts have made a HUGE difference in managing my foot pain to the point it is pretty much gone!

  This is a super insole/orthodic. I have been using for the past year and a half. I used to have constant pain in the ball of of my right foot and also have main in my right knee and hip when I ran. I have been using this insole for the past year and a half and have had no problems. I run from 3.5 to 5 miles a day 6 days a week. I would recommend this insole to anyone. However, you do need to get your foot checked for free first at any place like a foot solutions so you know exactly which model of Apex Lynco insole you need. Everyones feet are different and we need different types of support. Lynco brand of insoles is excellent though. This wesite has the best price too.
