  The Seiko S-056 Black stopwatch is a quite nice in terms of quality and it comes under two colors namely yellow and black. Although the main purpose of a stopwatch is to record the clock timings during some relevant events but this particular stopwatch provides more than that. It shows time and also possesses a full and automatic calendar.
  Pros
  It is very useful in terms of these benefits since an automatic calendar in a stopwatch is very rarely found. The device has the necessary feature of being water resistant. Both split and lap times can be very efficiently measured and they are displayed separately in the same display at the same time. These split and lap times can be recorded up to an amount of 100 times. These can be stored and recalled during the necessary operations which can be very effective in every sense possible. 100 hours can be measured in 100th of a second in this stopwatch. One can easily have the required information about the available battery with the help of the battery life indicator. A special dot matrix mode is also available.
  Cons
  As far as the disadvantages are concerned presently it does not seem that this product has any as such.
  Verdict
  Overall, it can be said that the stopwatch has some very respectable features and it is quite worth a buy.
