    I can walk without limping thanks to these inner soles. The plantar fascitis pain was terrible before. I am not cured but the problem is bearable.

    • Q: are these orthotics good to support an arch that has had surgery. I spend a lot of time on my feet with my work (14 hours a day) plus I like to work out each morning and I need a support that will support my arch for the entire time. thank you

      These are great orthotics for arch support, and so are the sports orthotics for working out. I recommend trying both
