    SpiderTech Tape products can last anywhere from five to six days and is not reusable. In the precut packages, they only come one to a box. To have longevity with the tape, it's best to use on hairless, lotion less and oil less skin although this is entirely up to the wearer but note that it will cut down on the tapes wear-ability. You can also wear them in the shower, but prolonged exposure to water will, again, cut down on the tapes usage. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    These products do the exact same thing, the only difference is that the full knee is going to limit the range of motion more than the upper knee. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.

  • Q: I have developed a slight pulling pain just above my kneecap, probably a ligament or tendon. Also, the nerves on the outer skin in that area are dull. Would the upper knee kit be appropriate for this, or the entire knee kit?
  • A: I would recommend seeing a professional for an accurate recommendation. If you want to just try one I'd go with the entire knee kit.
