Having serious neck and shoulder pain, I went to the orthopedic surgeon, who prescribed physical therapy. The physical therapist put one of these spiders on my back and gave me exercises and told me my posture was the major problem. He told me to leave it on for four days, through showers and even the hot tub. It didn't hurt, but its presence reminded me to stand up straight and my neck quit hurting. It worked so well, I looked online and found them and ordered some. I think they are terrific!
Q: Is the tape re-usable? How many uses can I expect to get out of one 'unit'?

SpiderTech Tape products can last anywhere from five to six days and are not reusable. In the precut packages, they only come one to a box. To have longevity with the tape, it's best to use on hairless, lotion less and oil less skin although this is entirely up to the wearer but note that it will cut down on the tapes wear-ability. You can also wear them in the shower, but prolonged exposure to water will, again, cut down on the tapes usage. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
