  • Q: I have a grade 2 AC joint separation in my shoulder. My physical therapist taped it with a roll of spidertech tape and I love it. Before yesterday I only saw it on the Olympics. So my question is would you recommend I buy a roll or will the pre-cut shoulder spidertech support my AC separation?

    We are not medical professionals, so we are unable to accurately answer your question. However, we do have many customer that only buy the precuts, and many who only buy the rolls. We would suggest that you consult with your physical therapist. You can also one of each if you wish. The precuts are more convenient, but some customers prefer the custom fit a roll will allow.

  • Q: I separated my AC joint in football. Will this shoulder pre-cut support an AC injury? I heard that the shoulder pre-cut is only for dislocations. Should i just use the rolls?

    The Spidertech Tape does work for sprains, dislocations, and other injuries. The precut targets specific areas of your knee. They are more convenient. However, the roll of tape will ensure a custom fit for you.

  • Q: I have shoulder problems, and I was told to order some of your pre-cut products by my doctor, since I am a 16 year old girl who swims will it fit me as well as a male.

    The pre-cuts are unisex and can be cut down to fit where needed. They also come in rolls where you can measure and place in the size and shape you need.
