I only used it once so far but i like it a lot. It does exactly what I need it to do and it's easy to operate.

We used the T-100 for almost 10 years doing an average of 8-10 races a year. We have donated our clock towards races to assist people with fundraisers for parks, fire departments, and cancer patients.
Q: I have a Ultrak T-100 timer already that was handed down to me from a coworker. Unfortunately, it's in really bad shape, and missing the remote control. Is there any way for me to get access to just a remote, or to have mine sent in to have it replaced for a lower cost than full price?
