Q: Do these shoes run true to size? If I have orthotics, do I need a larger size?

The X821 Aetrex Men's Athletic Walker can be worn with orthotics. We would not suggest changing your regular shoe size. However, ordering a wider shoe does allow for room in the toe box of the shoe if that is a concern you may have. As far as the sizing, they are accurate for Aetrex's sizing chart. However, all shoe manufacturers have different scales. Please be advised when ordering.
